Internet radio ... "what can it do for you"? ... is just a question I thought that I would put out there ... For the past 10 years or so I've been in development with this exciting medium ... and quite frankly ... I still ... after 10 years ... I still feel like Edison with the light bulb ... ... I really didn't mean it like that ... we all know why ... I think it was a music summit in Miami ... think it was in the 70's ... that made me understand why ... WHY! ...



I got a job ... as soon as I got back DC ... part of the sound crew working up in the "CAP Center" ... working most all the r&b, funk, jazz concerts ... yeah ... great experience ...

Tommy, thanks for the welcome. Yes, Accokeek is about 8 miles from Indian Head, Maryland. I hosted the morning show on XM Satellite Radio's SOUL STREET, until SIRIUS purchased XM and terminated the XM DJs (I know the new school term is "programmers", but hey, I'm old school!) Since then I've been looking into an internet radio venture here in the DC area.
